|Recommended: YesHighly recommend — My family and I have lived here since 2024, and we have truly enjoyed our experience. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Whenever we've needed a repair, they have responded quickly and fixed the issue right away. If we've ever noticed any bugs, the staff immediately arranged for pest control, and the problem was taken care of promptly.
The community amenities are wonderful. We love walking around the beautiful ponds, and the pool is always clean with a comfortable water temperature. The grilling area and playground are also great features that make this community enjoyable for families.
Another big advantage is the convenient location—it's close to shopping, restaurants, and everything we need.
We have had no issues living here, and it's honestly hard to leave because we've been so happy. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Call Home. — I have nothing but an awesome review to give to Mill Trace. The ladies in the office are the best people for assisting with needs of the community. The maintenance staff is by far some of the best people as well. Never waited to long for assistance when needed. I give you all an A on the way it is run in the community. |Recommended: YesLoving my new home — I have only been here a short time but am loving it thus far. The staff has been very helpful, welcoming and quick to answer any questions I have. The grounds are well maintained and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the unit had been newly renovated. I love the quick close drawers and cabinets I am happy with my choice to call Mill Trace Village my new home.

|Recommended: YesVery happy living here at Mill Trace . The office people are great an very helpful in every way. Upkeep on the complex is beautiful. Been here going on 6 years an love the pool an walks around the pond.

|Recommended: YesLoving it here — Im happy here...I have no complaints except for the dog poop in the grass... but that's not the fault of the complex...emails go out to pick up after your pets often... I don't have a pet so it's annoying...but I still love my place

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The apartment is quite roomy with lots of closet and storage space. The noise is minimal. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. The office staff is amazing.
