|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I have just signed my 9th lease agreement so it should be evident that I enjoy living here. Of course, as in any apartment living experience, there can be noisy neighbor issues but, generally, the management will ensure that it doesn't continue. The facilities are well maintained and upgrades and improvements are ongoing. Maintenance issues are quickly and professionally repaired. The property staff is very friendly and is always available to answer any questions or concerns. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and are offered for very reasonable rent amounts. I can't think of another apartment complex that compares.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful and Dog loving — A quiet area for sure but the people will still say hello back and there are tons of dog owners with friendly dogs. I'm already in love with the area. Packages are safe in the Luxer lockers which help me keep a peace of mind about getting mail here

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — This is a great community to live in. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Apartment layout is perfect. Large storage closet off of balcony is a great plus. Management is very responsive and takes care of their residents.

|Recommended: YesThe property is nice — It is an adjustment if you are not used to apartment living. I can hear noise and doors slamming more than I would like but overall for an apartment we are comfortable at this time with Mill Trace.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Complex — We have lived here for a month now, and find most everyone we've met to be very friendly. It's truly a pet friendly neighborhood. Looking forward to the spring and summer so we can enjoy the outdoor activities.
