PET POLICY:
• Limit of 2 pets per apartment
• Total combined weight limit not to exceed 85lbs. at maturity
• $200 cat fee | $300 small dog fee (up to 35lbs.) | $350 medium/large dog fee
• $50 fee for second pet
• All fees are non-refundable
