PET POLICY:
• Limit of 2 pets per apartment
• Total combined weight limit not to exceed 85lbs. at maturity
• $300 cat fee | $350 small dog fee (up to 35lbs.) | $400 medium/large dog fee
• $100 fee for second pet
• All fees are non-refundable
